When making a purchase, please check whether the item in question is a pre-order. Otherwise, the following applies:
Orders are typically shipped via DHL within 5 business days of receipt of payment. We will send you a tracking link regardless of which delivery method you choose.
Shipping costs generally apply only once per order. Additional costs may apply for larger orders.
We ship only to EU countries.
Returns
Unused items in their original condition may be returned free of charge within 30 days. Please contact info@sohacomp.com with your order number or invoice number to request a return label.
Refunds of the purchase price are typically processed within 30 days after the returned goods have been received by us.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard type of delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this diminished value results from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are located outside the European Union.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable alternative packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect (unpaid).
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1–2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
