1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from SOHACO UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (hereinafter referred to as SOHACO) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed predominantly neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.
3.2. By clicking the button [Buy/Order with obligation to pay], you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of an order confirmation sent via email immediately after receipt of your order.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either your commercial or independent professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions.
4.2. If, as a consumer, you exercise your right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1. The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
5.2. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 5,90€ Euros per order for delivery within the EU. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, within the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is available only within the EU.
6.2. The delivery time is up to 5 days. We will indicate any deviating delivery times on the respective product page (such as pre-orders).
7. Payment
7.1. If you select the payment method "Payment in Advance" (Prepayment), we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and ship the goods upon receipt of payment.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty for Defects
9.1. SOHACO UG is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, specifically Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
9.2. An additional guarantee for goods supplied by SOHACO UG exists only if such a guarantee has been expressly provided in the order confirmation for the respective item. 10. Dispute Resolution
